How to Lose Weight by Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting (IF) is an eating pattern that alternates between periods of eating and fasting. It focuses on when you eat rather than what you eat. It can help with weight loss by reducing calorie intake and improving how your body uses energy.

Here’s how to approach it effectively:

1. Choose a Fasting Method

16:8 method: Fast for 16 hours, eat during an 8-hour window (e.g., 12 p.m.–8 p.m.).

5:2 method: Eat normally for 5 days, then limit calories to about 500–600 on 2 non-consecutive days.

Eat-stop-eat: Fast for 24 hours once or twice a week.

Alternate-day fasting: Eat normally one day, then fast or eat very little the next.

2. Focus on Nutrient-Dense Foods 

During eating windows, prioritize:

Lean proteins (chicken, fish, tofu, eggs)

Healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, nuts)

Fiber and vitamins

Take Psyllium Husk with a lot of water

Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessively refined carbs.

Fruits have sugar (berries have less sugar)

Milk has sugar

Candies have sugar

Cookies, chocolate bars, pastries;

Have

Consuming too much sugar can tax your liver, make your body develop insulin resistance, and slow down your weight loss.

3. Stay Hydrated

Drink plenty of water, black coffee, or herbal tea during fasting periods. Hydration helps control hunger and supports metabolism.

4. Be Consistent Your body needs time to adjust. It may take 1–2 weeks before you feel comfortable with fasting periods.

5. Combine with Movement Light to moderate exercise (like walking, yoga, or strength training) enhances fat loss and preserves muscle mass.

6. Listen to Your Body If you feel dizzy, overly fatigued, or unwell, adjust your fasting window or stop fasting. It’s not suitable for everyone, especially those with certain medical conditions.

7. Sleep and Stress Management Poor sleep and high stress can hinder weight loss. Aim for 7–9 hours of sleep and practice relaxation techniques like meditation or deep breathing.

Always consult a healthcare professional before starting intermittent fasting, especially if you have diabetes, low blood pressure, or other health concerns.

HAIR LOSS PROBLEMS

There are two ways you can address the hair loss problems:

1. If you have oily scalp, the problem could be because of the natural oils (sebum) covering and blocking your hair follicle pore. The hair root is there, but the passage for the hair to come out is blocked. In that case you can use the shampoos designed for hair loss, since they clear the pore and allow the hair to come out from the hair follicle (root).

2. If your scalp is dry, but you still have hair loss, the problem is your poor blood circulation. The hair is fed by blood and lymph, so if you have  poor blood circulation, you need to improve it by exercise, acupuncture, and healthy nutrition. Some acupuncture places offer cupping that relaxes the nerves and improves the blood circulation. Eating beans and rice together will improve the protein content of your hair, but is not much help for the hair loss.
HOW TO REDUCE HIGH FEVER NATURALLY

To naturally reduce high fever naturally you will need:
1. Vodka or any alkoholic drink
2. Vinegar (any vinegar will do)
3. Towel or long cloth ( preferably cotton)
4. Socks
5. Plastic bag or wrap

Procedure:
1. Apply the alkohol (Vodka: any vodka) on the part of the towel or long cloth that will cover the patient's forehead and wrap the towel or the long cloth around the forehead. Make sure to avoid eye area. Alkohol wrap can be refreshed and can stay on the forehead until the client feels better. You can even leave it overnight.

2. Pour half a cup of vinegar (any vinegar) to a bowl and soak the socks in it. Wring the excess vinegar. Help the patient wear the socks. Wrap the feet with socks with a plastic bag to make sure it does not touch anything. Note: don't worry if the feet get wrinkled after the procedure; it is normal. For small children who are prone to bedwetting, keep the vinegar soaked socks for only 5-14 minutes. For adults; keep it as long as 30 minutes.

Note: the fever will go down very fast when the two steps above are done at the same time.
